We are accepted at all dealerships & repair shops nationwide.

How do I file a claim?

One can bring their vehicle into any dealership or repair shop. They will then diagnose the vehicle and contact us where we take care of everything from then on out.

Are parts & labor included in my service plan?

All labor and parts are included under our protection plans.

Is there a deductible?

Your chosen protection plan will determine this. We provide deductible-based and deductible-free plans. Give us a call if you’d like to put up the ideal protection package for you.

What does vehicle coverage do?

You save money with a vehicle coverage plan. You can therefore drive your out-of-coverage vehicle with confidence. This assurance will guarantee that you can save thousands.

Do I need a vehicle inspection?

How much does an extended warranty cost?

Is an extended car warranty worth it?

Can I cancel my coverage?

Is this insurance or a warranty?

Our plans are vehicle service contracts — not auto insurance. They cover mechanical breakdowns and repair costs that standard insurance does not.

Can I use any repair shop?

Yes. Take your vehicle to any licensed dealership or repair shop nationwide.

What does the plan not cover?

Typical exclusions include routine maintenance, cosmetic issues, wear-and-tear items like brake pads and tires, and pre-existing conditions. Your contract has the full list.

Do you cover electric vehicles and hybrids?

Yes, depending on the coverage plan you obtain. Our EV Platinum plan is built specifically for Tesla and other EVs.

What’s the difference between your plans?

Silver covers major mechanical components. Supreme adds steering and lock-out. Platinum is the most comprehensive — adding ABS, A/C, fuel, turbo, and high-tech electronics. EV Platinum is designed for Tesla and other electric vehicles.
